Some Silly Seal!
Some Silly Seal Swims Lazily,
So Close Her Eyes Look Up at Me!
My World’s on Land! Hers is the Sea!
Still, She Looks Like a Friend to Me!
Hey, Hey, My Name is Audrey Mae!
If I Were a Seal For a Day,
I’d Swim With Mommy Seal in Reach!
Then Shuffle Up Onto the Beach!
Find Some Dry Sand and Roll and Twirl!
Then Maybe Meet the Red-Haired Girl!
I’d Bring Her Down to the Water!
Each Mommy Watching Each Daughter!
We’d Swim and Splash, All by Her Shore!
Have Lunch! Get Set to Frolic More!
But First, On Rocks, We'd Grab Some Sun!
An Hour’s Worth, Then Back to Fun!
So Soon That Sun Sinks In the Sea!
We Snuggle Close, My Friend and Me!
Our Moms Tell Us, “Day’s at an End!”
Our Eyes Pledge, “Till Next Time, Dear Friend!”
Your Grampa Sure Loves Y’All!
