For Zen Like Wisdom, All Replete,

With Ocean Sands Beneath Your Feet!

If You, Like Me, Have the Notion

We All Evolved From the Ocean!

It's No Longer a Mystery

Why We're Strongly Drawn Towards the Sea!

Mother, Mother Ocean Calls Me!

Exerts Her Own Sweet Gravity!
Gulls Overhead, They Bear Witness

To My Spirit's Healing Fitness!

To Gain Balance and Perspective,
Sort Out Troubles, Stay Objective;
