Found Lisa With Fellow Coastie
Aboard America’s Tall Ship!
Their Eagle Tour … Heck of a Trip!
The Tall Ship’s Procession They Led
Up the Seine! Barque Eagle at Head!
Five Continents Sent Sailing Ships!
French Lined the River, Piers and Slips!
Five Years Older Than I Am Now,
Aunt Lisa and Her Mates Somehow
Braved the Turbulent Atlantic!
Some Live Large! That Crew ... Gigantic!
In Nova Scotia Weeks Later,
Greeted By Pam and Their Pater,
Fine’ly Passed Shore Leave Inspection!
Ending My Aunt’s French Connection!
Your Grampa Sure Loves Y’All!
