These Seals Swam Far to Find My Shore!
Dodged Orcas, Sharks, Huge Ships and More!
Water Gets Warmer Every Year!
The Fish They Dine on Aren’t So Near!
You See the Toll! These Seals are Spent!
Time For a Short Nap ‘Fore They're Sent
From This Safe Beach, Far Out to Sea,
For Food to Feed Their Family!
What Used To Be a Safe Haven
To Raise Seal Pups, Lately It’s Been
Where Parents Leave Pups On Their Own
Where Parents Leave Pups On Their Own
While They Venture Out Far From Home!
Distance and Dangers Both Increase!
While Food Supplies Sadly Decrease!
Help Bring the Sea’s Temp’ratures Down!
So These Sweet Seals Can Stick Aroun’!
