The Best Kind of Dog to Get You

Is a Dog That’s Needing Rescue!
These Puppies Come With Extra Love!
Their Love~Tank’s Topped Off From Above!

When We Brought Lady From the Pound,

That Crazy Pup Sniffed ‘Round and ‘Round!

I Saw Her Smell Each Inch of Floor!

Once She’d Smelled All, ‘Twas Out the Door!

Much of Our Backyard is the Pool!

Lady Must Have Thought That Was Cool!

Cuz We’ve Got Trees, Lemon and Lime,

They Worked Lady’s Nose Overtime!

Mom Said, “Ya Know What Will Be Fun?”

“If We Take Lady For a Run!”

But Mom, She Loves to Run Real Fast!
Lady Sniffed Ev’ry Blade of Grass!

When Lady Runs, We Runs Sea Side!

She Chases Gulls!   Barks at the Tide!

At Night, Dog Tired, She’s Shooed to Bed!

Sssshhhhh!   Guess Who Sleeps With Me Instead!

Your Grampa Sure Loves Y’All!
